– Know Before You Play

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 1plusph platform at https://1plusph.xyz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1plusph.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using 1plusph immediately. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically for any changes.

To open and maintain an account with 1plusph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under applicable Philippine law.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.
• You must not be a person who has previously been suspended or excluded from 1plusph or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 1plusph.

1plusph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Players who cannot or do not provide satisfactory verification may have their accounts suspended until the matter is resolved.

Each eligible person may hold only one active account with 1plusph. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your 1plusph account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations, 1plusph requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. You will be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID and may be asked for additional supporting documents. Common acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS card, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID.

KYC verification is a one-time process for most players. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may have the request placed on hold.

All transactions on 1plusph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits must be funded from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party funding – where money is deposited from a payment account that does not belong to you – is not permitted.

Accepted Payment Methods

1plusph does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees or limits – these are outside our control. All deposits are final once processed into your 1plusph account balance.

Withdrawals from your 1plusph account can be requested at any time provided your account is verified and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements apply to your balance. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times at 1plusph are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 3–15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are typically processed within 1–3 hours. Higher-tier VIP members enjoy expedited or instant processing depending on their tier level.

Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200 applies.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus balance with outstanding wagering requirements will be held separately and cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player while still in pending status.
• 1plusph reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawals above ₱50,000.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through 1plusph are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all 1plusph bonuses unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 1plusph account carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other bonuses unless specifically stated.
• 1plusph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly – will have all associated bonuses forfeited and accounts terminated.
• VIP cashback is credited as real cash balance with no wagering requirement, as detailed in the VIP Club terms.

All games available on 1plusph are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Each game operates according to rules determined by the game provider, which are accessible within the game itself. By playing any game on the 1plusph platform, you accept the rules of that specific game as published by its provider.

Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error during gameplay, 1plusph reserves the right to void any bets placed during the affected period and refund any affected stake amounts to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error are not payable and any such winnings credited in error will be reversed.

Disconnections During Play

If you experience a disconnection during live game play, the outcome of any bet already placed will stand as determined by the game's system at the time of disconnection. 1plusph is not responsible for losses resulting from network disconnections on the player's end. We recommend maintaining a stable internet connection when playing live dealer games or participating in tournaments.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1plusph platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and likely permanent termination, along with forfeiture of any balance held.

• Fraud and misrepresentation – providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money laundering – using 1plusph for any activity that could constitute money laundering under Philippine law or applicable international standards.
• Cheating and collusion – coordinating with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker cash games and tournaments.
• Use of bots or automated tools – using software, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform or its games in place of a human player.
• Exploitation of software errors – knowingly exploiting a technical error, glitch, or game malfunction for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks – initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate deposit made to 1plusph. Any chargeback action will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings where applicable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1plusph account login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login information with any other person. 1plusph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 1plusph support immediately via live chat so the account can be secured. You must notify us as soon as you become aware of any unauthorised access or suspicious activity. 1plusph is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

1plusph collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://1plusph.xyz/privacy-policy. By using 1plusph, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable regulations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the 1plusph platform and with regulatory bodies as required by law.

1plusph is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide tools and resources to help players maintain healthy gaming habits. These include deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options, all accessible through your account settings.

If you believe your gaming may be causing problems for you or your family, we encourage you to use these tools and to seek help from appropriate support organisations. Players who have self-excluded from 1plusph must not attempt to re-register during their exclusion period. Any account found to have been opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be terminated and any balance will be returned.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1plusph's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

1plusph is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, network interruptions, or third-party service disruptions outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud.

1plusph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Continued use of the 1plusph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance before the effective date.

You may close your 1plusph account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

1plusph may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of your account would create a legal or regulatory risk for the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
